Suppose that A ltd is the parent company in B ltd and B ltd is the holding company in C ltd who has appointed a contract labour i.e. D ltd..D ltd has furthur delegated their Construction work to E ltd....So according to Contract Labour Act,1970 who shall be treated AS the Principal Employer Under this act...????
