The BSNL landline is on my Father' s name. Presently, we purchased a flat near Ruby Hospital (on my name), where my parents are also staying along with me.
My father, wanted to shift the telephone connection (at Ichapur, Kolkata Circle) to the recently purchased apartment. What's the procedure?
