The excisable goods were sold to the manufacturer ( Buyer) and then

• Excise Tax Collection

The excisable goods were sold to the manufacturer ( Buyer) and then the buyer rejected the goods without arising their own invoice for the goods returned, i.e marking " goods returned due to quality issue" in the same our invoice for transport purpose, and in this situation what will be do by the seller for the returned goods on the matter of further sale of that returned goods and what about the cenvat credit if that returned goods are not fit to market?

Please clearify?
