There is a site in my wife's name who is deceased. i have three daughters. the khata is in my wife's name. should i get the khata transferred to my name? is it enough if i first get the property transferred to my name and then get the khata transferred to my name? then make a registered will as to the division of the property to my three daughters after me. or should the property be transferred to me as well as my three daughters? and then transfer the khata in all our four names? please advise. thanks.
