This compliant is against Chennai metro water official Mr.Radhakrishnan, Area IX Teynampet zone(123 ward ). He is harassing us to pay a bribe and threatening us that water connection will be cut if we dont pay.

To whom should we file a complaint? no one seems to take action.

Cutting the basic necessity water for Bribe is the most cheapest thing I have ever seen. May god bless such people.
