This query is regarding the Superintendent of Land Records.
Four co-owners to a joint family property where -in one co-owner illegally disposed off 50% of the family property without our written consent. The CTS Officer rejected their applications for mutation of the Purchasers and now they have gone into Appeal before the Collector.
We have strongly contested before the Collector against their bogus Affidavit and time barred.
Two queries:
Can the IGR impound the bogus Sale Deeds?
Is there a time-frame to challenge these bogus deals.
