We have a Site in Bangalore (40 feetx 60 feet). Behind the site, there is an additional piece of land (measuring 400 sq ft). According to the Bangalore development authority rules, this has to be allocated to us only. We have applied for this from BDA and want to get this done without paying any bribe. This application is now pending (for two years) with the Secretary of the BDA and she is not signing it at all. We are exhausted with running from pillar to post. We wanted to construct out house on this plot and because of this , it has got delayed. What to do here? to whom can we complain ?
