What is registration cost in Ghaziabad for vehicle having ex-show

What is registration cost in Ghaziabad for vehicle having ex-show room price of INR 35 lakhs? Also, if I am getting discusount of INR 3 lakhs on the ex-showroom price of the vehicle from dealer, what should be base value to consider registration i.e. 35 lakhs or 32 lakhs? Do we also include Excise Duty and VAT as part to form bases for calculating registration cost?
