Yesterday, the moment i entered noida city through gautam buddha
Yesterday, the moment i entered noida city through gautam buddha gate i found many police personnel ( not traffic police ) were stopping each and every car which caused a heavy traffic jam as well on the road.
i too was stopped by one and he took my DL in his hand then looked for another documents, on finding that my PUC had expired last week he asked me to cut challan for rs.2000 or pay him rs . 1000 as bribe.
i told him that i do my pollution check regularly and i am job less as well to pay for it so he should be lenient with me.. but he behaved very abruptly with me and extorted rs. 500 from me and threw my DL towards and ask me to move from there and then he moved towards another car to stop.
My questions are is civil police ( not traffic police ) authorize to cut challan for traffic violation ?
That police man was not wearing his police cap as well and these days any one could stop any vehicle to put on police dress, how could i be sure about his identity ?
How and where could i complain about it to recover my hard earned money from him ?
There has been no difference between robbers and these kind of police personnel who rob people even i find robbers better than them as at least we know that they are robbers.
not only this that policeman first tried to frighten me by asking me to pay Rs4000 , giving incorrect information and tried to misguide me.
This is enough of them, i need to highlight this to higher level.
