7 lakh IT refund and not a paise paid
Ours is a small recruiting Company in Pune. We had not received refunds for the last 4 years. We decided we will follow up till we get the refund and decided not to pay a bribe. It took us and our CA 7 months of regular running around to the IT department, meeting people from the Clerks upwards to the IT Ombudsman and finally we got the payment for 2 years without paying a paise. Two more years refund yet remains - but we have the patience
