A perfect Honest officer who was willing to listen common mans problems and issue the certificate
On 15th Jan 2016 at around 15:00:00 hrs , I went to Aluva west Village office & requested for the nativity certificate for applying for my daughter's engg entrance exam..
Usually all govt officials tell lots of excuses & try to delay the procedure or may even ask for a bribe..
Respected mr. M.P. Joseph , read the document & realised it is a genuine case and opened a file and issued me the certificate without any delay. I am proud that in Kerala there r officers whom we look up to & feel like respecting their position.
Now again started feeling good that I am an INDIAN...Hats off to officials like Mr. Joseph for there good deeds & honesty .
