Bescom Metet transfer without any bribe or hassales
I had to transfer the bescom electricity meter from my builder's name to my name. I stay in bellendhur area. I collected the forms from the kormangala bda complex , filled it , got the report from the bescom bellendyr office and submitted it at HSR layout ( parangapalya ) office. In the entire process no official ever gestured ( the typical indian gesture of scratching the back of one's head ) for a bribe . The bescom personal at bellendur was polite and prompt and the person receiving and processing the application ( In think his name is Sattar ) in HSR laylor was efficient. Next month onwards the bill started coming in my name and I was greatly impressed with the efficiency of BESCOM officials. Thanks to BESCOM for making the process hassle free.
