Went to the Govt office (BBMP, Kasturinagar, Bangalore) for a Birth Certificate...just half an hour to get the certificate...no bribe...fees of Rs 110/- only...no red tape absolutely...Kudos to staff..keep it up.:)

They did not ask money. probably they were pity on me. After this much frustration I am happy they did not ask money. Guys guess what, I was riding with you guys without RC book
