Damage claims for my new bike were processed duly.
This wonderful person, literally approved almost 90% of the claims put forth. The total amount claimed was Rs. 16000/- and I recieved a check for 14,500 after 3 months.
I never even met the insurance official, but he assured me on phone and when I asked if he wanted any fees, he said "Government of India pays sir, no thank you."
Hope there were more of such people.
