Doing good beyond jurisdiction
Mr.Asra Garg, IPS ,now working as S P of Dharmapuri district is known well for his integrity and merit. But when i personally came to know the efforts he took on the dead of night when he received a oral complaint/ help from a journalist that a girl in Theni district was about to be married to a man who has HIV . The SP who heard that request from the journalist at about 1 am contacted some police in Theni and closely followed them till 4 am to take in to custody the bridegroom and had his blood sample tested and stopped the marriage by 5 am after having found the charge true.
