Driving without seat belts
I came out of the Ahmedabad airport, a cop standing right outside the airport signaled me to stop, asked for the DL, insurance etc..told me to pay the fine, which I did and when I told him to keep the cash, he gave me a dirty look and said "wait for the receipt." He filled out the details of the car, the violation, gave me the receipt and adviced me to always use the seat belt.
