Well.... I had made a typo entry mistake while preparing a online…
Well.... I had made a typo entry mistake while preparing a online request for F Form towards goods received thru Branch Transfer from my H.O. The mistake was in Name of the Transferor, address and TIN No. Incidentally the online request got approved.
Then i approached my respective Local Vat Office at LVO-040 which is situated at Vanijya Therige Karyalaya -2, ‘A’ Block, 1st Floor, Koramangala, Bangalore-47 and met the Commercial Tax Officer CTO Smt. Archana. She gave a good service instantly. She was very fast and proactive. She asked me to check the approval status after 30 minutes. When checked, she had cancelled the entry and i called her next day and she gave her consent for a NEW request. She is a young officer, who is very professional, responsive and service oriented.
I expect we come across such responsive professionals in all the state and central government bodies of India.
Let us keep a open mind and hope the best.
