I was travelling from New Delhi to Ujjain by Indore intercity and I saw that TT in this train. This TT was very vigilant, not allowing people without tickets/general tickets in the sleeper class. He was not accepting any bribes to allot tickets to wait listed people. In fact he upgraded certain RAC people to empty berths.
For the first time I have seen this time of attitude from a TTE who otherwise try to get as many bribes as possible.
