The good guys are there
When getting our name transfer on electricity meter done from the builder to my name, an electrical contractor came and said he would do everything one shot, without us having to move out of the house. he asked for 1500 per flat and tried to strike a deal for 800 flats. i refused, and went and met the head of our bescom station. he was extremely nice, and so were the people at the help counter... i was told not to pay a penny to anyone.. Sure enough, in 2 visits my work was done, and my name is reflectig from the next month bill onwards. though many of our flat owners paid, a visible many started going to the bescom office themselves and are really happy to find the guys as corporate as any MNC in terms of efficiency. only that you wont find fashionable faces and clothes, but they guys are good at their work. *******
