Got licence finally without any agent and bribe
I recently got my driving licence done from Vishrantwadi RTO. Applied for learners licence in Jan. Applied for Permanent licence in March. At first, licence did not come for 3 months. Visited the office again - it was put in pending file by then RTO office back in March saying pending rent agreement proof (address proof). Met the new RTO officer, showed that the rent agreement was attached, and he right away amended. Received licence in 2 weeks after that.
