I went to GMDA ( Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority ) office for Building Permission , There I met Mr Diganta Dutta , An executive officer of GMDA , my permission was pending for long due to some abnormalities . Upon my request Mr. Dutta took initiative & the permission was approved within very short period . I am thankful to Mr. Diganta Dutta . I hope officers like him should be facilitated .
