I erred
I don't know about other cities but talking on cell phone while driving is illegal in Hyderabad. I was doing this one time and a policeman caught me while i was still on phone. He said it's gonna cost me 500 bucks for this mistake. I pleaded him for a while. He was strict. Then i said one thing "If you let go me, i'll never ever repeat this again in my life, I promise." He let go without any second thought.
