I offered bribe and he gave a receipt.
My kid was crying when i reached home and. he wanted a ride on bike. I parked my car and took my bike out with kid to give him a ride around the park in next lane and found a traffic police standing there. As i was without a helmet, he asked me to pay fine. I described him why I am without helmet and even pointed to my house which was visible from the place. As the cop was not ready to leave me, I offered him 50/- as bribe. Immediately he gave me a receipt of rs 50/- saying you should collect receipt if you are paying money.
