I represented in March 2014 against the illegal downgrading of my ACR by the Principal of the Medical College , Amritsar who was specifically directed by the Govt not to make any remarks on the same. The Govt letter and the affidavit has been attached to the representation
The Additional Secretary was very kind to listen to me and he directed the DRME Pujab to reply within a week. It is more than three months and there is no reply
Moral : An honest officer may not be an effective officer.
