Khata Transfer - good service at BBMP Vyalikaval
We went to apply for Khata transfer of our apartment at the Vyalikaval Office of BBMP. First surprise was a pleasant young lady, who really was helpful. She told us what documents we needed.
I got all the documents - she reviewed them, accepted them, and asked us to come back within two weeks to collect our Khata.
We were really surprised if the procedure is as simple.
We got a call from a male person in a few weeks saying our Khata is now ready. He gave the Khata to us, and hesitantly said if we can give him some chai money he would be happy.
We did not have to, but we did give him Rs 200 and left. Overall very happy with the service.
