Khata transfer without Bribe
Submitted the application form at BBMP Utahalli office for khata transfer 1. due to inheritance and from BDA to BBMP. I submitted application form & the required documents. After 2 weeks upon checking with them they asked for ARV letter (kind of no due/tax paid details) from BDA. The same was requested at BDA office & got it without bribe :) and submitted at BBMP. After 2 followups and some arguments as usual :) got the Khata without bribe.
