Really surprising RTO department which we visit once in a 15 years or 5 years time. I approached a agent for renewal of driving licence who demanded rs 1000/-.Then i went directly to tirimulghery RTO office and with in 1 hour i came out with driving licence renewal.Even doctor available at desktop and very nice guidance which people do not read nor try to utilise services and normally go to agents. i have saved rupees 700 and no body takes bribe and with smile they are helping
