No bribe for Passport Police Verification.
Got an sms, asking me to go to the amurthahalli police station with a set of documents, regarding passport related police verification. I went there and met the concerned person. He was polite and asked me for the documents and some photocopies. Then I had a fill a form. Later he enquired if I had come on a bike or car and he offered to come to my home for verification with me. We went to my home and there he asked some more questions and then I dropped him back to the station. No asking for money at all. Quite impressed.
