One day in RTO department .
In our Nagpur city here if you want to make learner licence is very difficult to a common person by legal way you just pay only 30/- to make it but you want other path then 150 to 300 Rs /-
when i enter the RTO office all the middle person called me and tell me that they can make my licence but i say no i can make it.I take a form (it's free of cost in office) fill it and attached all the needed document and submit it after 3 day i recive my licence with pay any extra charge similar my all document like my cast certificate with validation certificate .
In last i just wanna tell to you every one that before going any GOVT. office first read all form and ensure that you have all the necessary document.
