Passport ********** Kendra at Marathalli
I was pleasantly surprised when I went for my passport renewal (under Tatkal category) at PSK - Marathalli. At that time the PSK had newly started. I got myself an online appointment (thankfully, it was easier those days) and went for the interview. At the PSK we had to move across several counters as per the allocated token number appearing alongside the counter number. I must have visited some 5-6 counters, but there was no bribe asked (explicitly or implicitly). I was happy and wrote a thank you note to the PSK, who promptly replied and thanked me for the compliment. I know this is a rarity, but automation (backed by transparent business rules) is a huge help.
