Passport office
Last year, I got passports renewed for myself and a new passport issued for my younger son at the Regional Passport Office near Koramangala Indoor stadium, Bangalore. I did not have to pay a bribe. Every txn was digitised - right from issuing the token to document collection to final acknowledgement issuance. Yes, we had to wait for 5 hours, but it felt good at the end.
