PRO named Mr. Gangadhar never took a bribe being in a highly position of accepting bribes.
My passport got damaged in mid of my Trip to India. i have to apply for a duplicate passport, approached Mr. Gangadhar, PRO in passport office, Secunderabad. I met him 10 days continuously and observed his way of work.
Guys, I would say he is a perfect Government officer, who never took any bribes, and always helped people by understanding their problems. He used to curse the people who offer bribes after their work gets done.
I never encountered such a person who serves the people without expecting any sort of bribe. Hats off.
Btw, I got my passport done in 2 weeks in a proper way.
