Well this is about PATNA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, NEW CAPITAL CIRCLE, BIHAR ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE, EXECUTIVE OFFICER ... SUDHIR KUMAR SINHA.i met this person for my birth certificate because i needed it to submit in my college in maharashtra..i had to take a train on sat morning and i needed certificate by friday.till now in the process i was paying bribe to everyone like at the s.d.o office e.tc. so hence when i came across this guy i even asked him i need the certificate by tomm..he says to me that normal procedure is of 7 days..i asked him how much money u need i ll give it to u,u just give it to me by tomm.then he asked me why u need it so urgently..i told hm that is required for my admission ..if i i dnt get it on time i wont be admitted..so he said to me u come tomm @ 5pm..i went next day and called him @ 4:30..he said to me its not 5 o clock yet u ll get ur job done @ 5pm
and he called me up @ 5 and gave me the certificate without taking any bribe...hats off to his honesty and service style
