Reissue of licence
I had lost my licence. I went to the RTO was told by people (they might be the middleman) to do it myself as it is faster otherwise arouse suspicion.
I fill the necessary government fees (though felt strange I was not given a receipt but seems that this is the way it goes in there) and was asked to come in the evening next day to collect the duplicate licence.
I was given the licence the next day as told.
