Renewal of Driving Licence

I am a senior citizen.The RTO in Yelahanka,BANGALORE,renewed my licence without my having to bribe anybody.The RTO Office in Yeshwantpur Bangalore has a separate line and timing for senior citizen.The RTO Official even offered me a chair to sit.
