Renewal of Driving License
I am a Memeber of WIAA. My licence was due for renewal. I filled the form and sent it to WIAA. 15 days later I was asked to report at window 148 at the RTO at Tardeo. I reached there at the stipulated time. Within 10 minutes a representative of WIAA asked me to follow him to the biometrics department. I followed him. The biometrics were done in 5 minutes and I walked out. Simple, efficient, quick, painless. I was in total shock at the utter lack of badgering or touts or corruption. Great experience.
