I went to take the driving licence test on 12-09-2013 for two wheeler and four wheeler. As I approached individually, not through the driving school, there are lot of procedures to be followed. Fortunately the RTO Inspector Mr.Shoornar was very friendly. The car which I have taken for the test was not having the PUC Certificate and vehicle documents in original. He directed me to take the emission test done, in a petrol bunk which is near to RTO office, and said 'Ok' for the xerox documents of the car(He double checked it for any correction done in the docuemnts). After satisfied with my driving test, he asked me couple of questions (about solid yellow parallel lines and white lines) for which I couldn't give the exact answer, but gave a reasonable answer. He made sure that I have some basic knowledge of road signs and road marks and passed the exam. We all have the assumption that all RTO inspectors will take money and issue licence, but this guy was honest .
