I had the verification due for Passport and the ASI responsible for the Job called me as soon he had the intimation with him (A day after the email from Passport Seva Kendra). He wanted to come over immediately but I was out for work and we fixed a time in the evening. I offered to him that I can be there at the police station which he politely said 'no' to. He arrived a little later in the evening and apologized as other places and some work took extra time. The whole process was done in less than ten minutes. He was very cordial and accommodating. Went by the book for verification of documents and then left as soon as the job was done, not even waiting for a tea/coffee.
So certainly an ideal way to get things done. The only thing I am a little upset about is that I do not remember his name, but I am assuming officers and police personnel at Sarita Vihar are indeed going a fantastic job at least related to verification aspect.
