Shockingly timely !
I stay in mutyalnagar bangalore and for weeks together a fight went on with thegarbage collection authorities in the area. WE really didn't know who to contact and also had given up hope of any thing being done by them either. Then one of the residents said it's our job to go by rules and not fight fight endlessly. HE recommended the ********** website for all grieviances and we did the same. WE got a confirmation of registration of complaint on our phone and also were contacted by the person in-charge in a few hours. He started sending an auto for garbage collection and now our streets are cleaner and better. The best thing was i didn't even have to leave my house to file a complaint !
