Understanding Traffic warden.
My wife was having severe stomach ache and we were referred from St Martha s hospital to BGS global hospital. I set out from Nrupatunga road by car and was supposed to take a right turn at the Jawahar petrol bunk near hudson circle to move towards mysore road. I miscalculated due to my anxiety and ended taking a right turn at the signal, which is prohibited. The warden caught me for the violation. when I explained that my wife is not well and I was absent minded, he allowed me to proceed without fining me.
