I went expecting long lines, multiple places to sign, multiple officers to get approval from in differnt floors, but was pleasantly surprised. If all the documents are in order, the NOC is issued in 5 mins.
I had a doubt about what to do next and the officer on duty explained everything to me very nicely.
I was happy to see the service.
