Sunay 13 Dec . Around 7.30 PM . Pune FC Road near Chaitanya Parathas
My bike was towed on Pune FC Road . I went to get my bike near modern college . The officer said my bike was parked in four wheeler zone . I provided all my documents to the officer . He asked me 1000 rupees . I asked I can pay the penalty as per the rules . The officer shows me a board which says 1000 rupees for the bike .
I did my homework before reachig to their office near modern college . The bike towing charges are 100 as per below website . http://www.puneinside.com/Penalties.aspx
He was not willing to give me my bike back . Finally I had to pay him 350 rupees for getting my bike back . After getting my bike back , I went to the same place where my bike was towed . There was no such board/sign which says it is 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler parking .
