2nd Round of Bribe for Name-Inclusion to Birth *******

Ended up paying bribe again to the same shameless xxxx. Before 6 months i paid Rs 200 for my son's birth certificate.
The initial one doesn't have name. This time to include the name of my son ended up paying 200 more bucks for 2 copies.
The shameless bbmp-registrar asked for affidavit first then i showed the BBMP Information for no need of 'affidavit'.
He went out with out answering.
Next day he asked me for the hospital clearence form.
Which hospital said can't give. To make a full stop of wasting my time more, had to pay his assistant 200.
To my surprise the assistant is not bbmp employee, he is like PA to this guy would be parting money as his salary. This is height of courage the BBMP officials have on government.
