3% to sanction the pension amount

I had to pay 3% of total pension amount(for my father's death) to sanction and to process the pension.Also paid for processing the survival certificate, Family tree(vomsha ruksha in kannada)
all around 5k is been bribed and they are very strict regarding there percentage.
Note: "All Govt Building are very strict in taking *******
