I wanted to build a house. The plan was prepared according to the corporation bye-law. I was told that without any bribe it would be impossible to get the plan approved by the corporation Engineers. If I stood my ground not to pay the bribe, I would be harassed later on. Finally, the contractor forced me to pay and get it approved. Dirty Scums of *******
