I am an Engg graduate, while i am in my final year btech we all applied for passports, when the officer came for the verification to our hostel we paid him 50/- per head. One of my friend refused to give but at that time i said all our seniors and friends gave, give it otherwise he may create problem with ur passport. Now i think how foolish iam was.
