I don't recall the date exactly but it was the first day for the opening of a RTO office in mahasamund. I went there for getting a drivers learning licence. I had all the documents , the only thing needed was a simple signature of the official. The official was quite straight forward and asked for a 50 Rs for a signature. My father gave the money to him, but i was very shocked with such incidence. I mean how can they start asking for bribe just on the opening day of their office.
