My father has to pay 800Rs to Delhi police while he was passing through Delhi early in the morning about 3:00 AM. The fault was, he was carrying some baggage of my brother to drop who works in Delhi. It was a nice experience, if you carry some baggage then personal car becomes the taxi or something like that. Then the option left to bring it back to the car status is either accept a CHALAAN or pay the bribe. He paid 800Rs because he has to reach to Jaipur by 8:00 AM in order to receive my sister.
