Aadhar card forms are being sold for 20rs

• Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs
• Gas Cylinder Supply
• Paid INR 20

The Gas agency has made the Aadhar card mandtory for getting subsidy. They are also distributing the aadhar card form at the agency outlet. When I asked for Aadhar card form, I was asked for 20rs for the form.
