My friend had to get a shop licence for which he has been running around the concerned officials for the past 2 months. The value of the licence is only Rs.1000/- but the health inspector, commissioners & concerned case workers demanded a bribe of Rs 10000/- which my friend had to cough up to end the harassement. The officials arrogant demands without any shame or remorse is unbelieveable and derogatory.

We as citizens should fight to stop this corruption. Would naxilism be an answer??????
